As the co-founder of the national Academy of Dental CPA’s (ADCPA), Ken Rubin is one of the top tax experts in the country on structuring the practice sale in a manner to create the absolute lowest tax impact possible. His affiliate company, Ken Rubin & Company, CPAs, was founded in 1984 and serves well over 200 San Diego dentists.

Jonathan Ingalls

Jonathan Ingalls is extremely well connected and respected in the dental community. Prior to joining KRPS in 2012, Jonathan Ingalls spent 10 years in dentistry as the CDA/TDIC representative for Southern California.

He is a frequent lecturer on dental practice management topics at annual CDA conventions and at the Southern California dental schools.

As the CDA/TDIC representative for over 8,000 dentists, he has personally visited and consulted with thousands of dentists in their offices. He has perhaps been in more of today’s existing Southern California dental offices than any other individual.
